We may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your title, name, gender, date of birth, email address, postal
address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.
When Users interact with a Merchant’s e-commerce offering through the Services, we collect and process Browser Information and Transaction Information of the User on behalf of the Merchant.
When a Partner signs up for a partner account or refers a Merchant to us, we collect and control information such as Account information, Browser Information, Contact Information, Payment Information, Support Information, and Usage Information.
We will delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected, or when you revoke a given consent, if the processing has been based on such consent, or in case you exercise your rights to oppose the processing or to delete your data; notwithstanding that a longer retention period may be established to pursue our legitimate business interests, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce applicable agreements.
How iCan Use Your Information
We use your personal information to take and fulfill orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.

The Merchant is the Controller of this information and Users who have questions about our use of this information should contact the Merchant. We may also use certain information as a Controller to improve and personalize the Services when we have the legal basis to do so and to comply with a legal requirement like manage risk and fraud.
We will use the information you provide to administer your account with us; verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you make; audit the downloading of data from our App; improve the layout and/or content of the pages of our website and customize them for users; identify visitors on our App; carry out research on our users' demographics; send you information we think you may find useful or which you have requested from us, including information about our products and services, provided you have indicated that you have not objected to being contacted for these purposes. Subject to obtaining your consent we may contact you by email with details of other products and services. How iCan Share Your Personal Information
Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others.
We may use your personal information for opinion and market research. Your details are anonymous and will only be used for statistical purposes. You can choose to opt out of this at any time. Any answers to surveys or opinion polls we may ask you to complete will not be forwarded on to third parties. Disclosing your email address is only necessary if you would like to take part in competitions. We save the answers to our surveys separately from your email address.
